***Texas Wells Pro-2013 has been released. We'll keep this 2012 version available at a clearance price for a little while longer (as noted below, it will expire in January 2013).From now until the end of 2012, get mapped and not-yet-mapped pending permit data for Texas oil and gas drilling. Texas Wells Pro-2012 will expire in Jan 2013.Texas Wells Pro-2012 lists pending permits back at least a week in ALL counties, but will not list the name of a county if it has not had pending permit activity during the coverage period.Be sure to download the free version of "Texas Wells" if you want to try the concept before spending money. Also, be sure to check out the free resources available at the Railroad Commission of Texas website (rrc.state.tx.us). This is especially important if you are a mineral rights heir or potential investor who is not familiar with oil and gas development in Texas and the counties where it is, and is not occurring. Texas Wells Pro is a powerful tool, but you need to have a little bit of experience or do a little bit of background work to get the most from it.Unlike the free version, Texas Wells Pro-2012 typically lists *all* pending permits, mapped and unmapped, along with operator contact information, land survey data, SWR flags (if applicable), total well depth, and Railroad Commission district. All permit info is supplied by the Railroad Commission of Texas (with which homedatasheet.com, Inc. is not affiliated). New data is usually presented twice each business day at approximately 12:00 p.m. Central Time and 6:00 p.m. Central Time. If you do not have a network connection, Texas Wells Pro-2012 will revert to your most recently viewed mapped data, however, viewing of unmapped data will require a network connection. You may view the Railroad Commission web page for each selected permit by touching the "Live" button in the Permit Details view (***Due to changes announced by the Railroad Commission, beginning on 04/30/12, this feature will be unavailable from 8:00 am - 11:00 am Central Time, Monday-Saturday, until further notice). Permit attachments may be accessed by clicking their links, however, .tif images (which typically include well plats) require either a device with a retina display or an iPad for viewing. Tif images above 12 megapixels are prevented from displaying in order to preserve app stability (the vast majority of images are far less than 12 megapixels). Permit pages may not be available to the general public at all times. If you are currently receiving Texas well permit data reports from another vendor, you owe it to yourself to discover the advantages of our mobile app format. Again, if you want to try before you buy, please download the free version of Texas Wells.Notes: Locations of pins on the map are approximate and, in some cases, may not capture changes made on pending permits. Locations of original Texas survey centroids are approximate and are NOT to be confused with well locations or proposed well locations. Make sure any telephone solicitations are in compliance will all applicable laws. Airtime charges may apply to telephone calls. Note that a small percentage of operators are outside the U.S. and *significant* airtime charges may apply for international calling. You should never use Texas Wells Pro-2012 as the sole basis of financial or safety decisions. Always consult source documents (such as the well plat) on file at the Railroad Commission, and retain the services of State licensed professionals such as attorneys, engineers, and surveyors to assist you.You can contact us regarding any of our apps, before or after purchase, at: support@homedatasheet.com
What's New
Survey centroids (small red squares) on main map no longer react to user touch, making it easier for users to display map pin annotation bubbles.
