And if you happen to dine at Commons when they decide to serve crappy food--again--that is $13 gone to waste! That's why Penn On-Campus-Dining, PennOCD, is here to you get the most out of your meal swipes. By looking at other students' ratings before you decided to swipe in at a dining hall, you can potentially save yourself from eating bacon and eggs for dinner, and instead go somewhere where you get a meal worth your money... or closer to it at least. Remember to rate here when you at a dining hall. Only by everyone rating and commenting can we continue to avoid those leftover dinners.
