Your game character and kinship information is retrieved from the my.lotro.com servers and may be cached or delayed for up to 24 hours or more. The data is stored on Turbines servers not our own. If your characters do not update please email me and we will work with Turbine to resolve the problem.An internet connection is required in order to get the server status and myLOTRO character information.
